Mr. Richard's practice emphasizes legal representation of clients accused of crime or facing license review by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.  Mr. Richards is licensed to practice law in all California state courts.

Mr. Richards holds a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego and graduated from California Western School of Law in 2006. He was awarded the Wiley W. Manuel Award in recognition of pro bono legal services rendered to indigent and low-income clients.  He also completed an accelerated course of study that allowed him to complete his degree in two years.
