Group Legal Services:

* California Teachers Association

* California School Employees Association

Dues paying members of the California Teachers Association and of the California School Employees Association may consult with the firm's attorneys, at no personal expense to the union member, with reference to any job related allegation of criminal conduct. All initial contacts with the firm must be through a local union representative. Members of the California Teachers Association should ask their local representative for a Group Legal Services referral form to be signed by both the union representative and teacher. Members of the California School Employees Association should request referral to the firm by their local union representative with authority of CSEA counsel in San Jose.

       In some cases, where legal assistance is sought prior to the filing of criminal charges against a union member, the CTA and/or CSEA will itself fund a portion of the attorney fees necessary to resolve the union member's problem. That determination is made upon an individual basis by the respective employee organization.
