Kresta Daly has established her reputation as a skilled trial attorney with almost a decade of experience in Sacramento. She holds two Bachelor of Arts Degrees in history and rhetoric from the University of California at Davis and earned her JD at Pacific McGeorge School of Law.

Ms. Daly's practice will continue to emphasize the defense of individuals, businesses and public officials accused of crime in both state and federal courts. Her professional experience includes the defense of every nature of criminal allegations from drug and theft offenses to robbery, homicide, and other crimes of violence. Ms. Daly serves on the Sacramento County Indigent Criminal Defense Panel Committee, and she has been an Assistant Adjunct instructor teaching International Appellate Advocacy at Pacific McGeorge School of Law. She will also continue to represent teachers in professional licensing investigations and proceedings.
