Mr. Singh joined the firm in 2016 after graduating from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law with great distinction and as a member of both the Traynor Honor’s Society and Dean’s Honor List. Before joining the firm, Mr. Singh served as a certified legal intern at the Sacramento County Office of the Public Defender and served as a semester-long judicial extern for the Honorable Morrison C. England Jr., then-Chief Judge for the Eastern District of California.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Singh has represented individuals accused of crimes in California trial courts from pre-charge investigation through trial and has extensive experience representing professional license-holders in investigations and APA hearings before the California Medical Board, Board of Registered Nursing, California Board of Occupational Therapy, Veterinary Medical Board, Contractors State Licensing Board, Commission on Teacher Credentialing, and Department of Insurance as well as other California professional licensing agencies. Mr. Singh also has extensive experience in filing writs of mandate seeking judicial review of agency decisions following APA hearings. He has also served as a panel speaker on writ practice and professional licensing investigations.
Mr. Singh grew up in the Bay Area and obtained his Bachelors of Arts degree in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. When he is not working, Mr. Singh spends the majority of his time playing sports or spending time with his friends and family.
