Erin L. Brennan
Ms. Brennan joined Rothschild Wishek & Sands as an associate attorney in August 2016. She is a member of the firm’s professional license defense practice and is experienced in representing teachers and other licensed professionals in disciplinary investigations and proceedings. Ms. Brennan recognizes how important a professional license is on one’s ability to earn a living and serve the public interest, and works vigorously to secure the best possible outcome for every client. She listens to gain a clear understanding of her clients’ needs and priorities and develops a client-driven defense strategy.
Ms. Brennan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology from California State University, Long Beach and earned her Juris Doctor degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She has a deep interest in social justice and humanitarian issues. While at McGeorge, Ms. Brennan was a member of the National Lawyers Guild and served on the Moot Court Honors Board, competing in the 2014 Appellate Lawyers Moot Court Invitational in Chicago on issues of criminal procedure. She also competed at the 2015 Canada-United States Law Institute Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C., where the problem centered around issues of immigration and human rights. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Brennan had experience representing public entities, including school districts, in a variety of employment and litigation issues.
